Called Bridges at 3:30 pm and asked to be squeezed in Friday because my AC decided to stop working in Bay Bridge traffic on a 80 degree day! They squeezed, and fixed everything, just in time! Great, local, reliable.
When an unexpected yellow engine light popped up on my car I called Bridges immediately. They took me right in and after Checking out the issue advised me it was not Safe to drive the car. How fortunate to be Able to get an issue addressed so quickly. Thanks for being so responsive
I can not say enough about Bridges Automotive. They are more then just a company they REALLY REALLY do treat you like family. I had the misfortune of meeting them (or so I thought) when I moved here after losing my 21yr old daughter in an auto accident in May 2015. All I had was her 1st Vehicle she bought. I think in 3 yrs I had it to Mark Bridges more then in my own yard but it was all she had, and I wanted to keep it. Between him and Ms. Mary Lou ( and I hope I spelled her name correctly) I would never still be able to have my daughters Jeep. He fixed it for me, got it thru inspection, running great and I could still breath because it is a company that keeps you informed every step of the way. Mark even found a car for me to keep my Babygirls jeep off the road so much. So now... I have to do all I can to give back "THANKS TO MARK BRIDGES" my daughters 93 Jeep is great and is parked where I can see it every day to make me smile in Memory of my Beautiful Amanda. It is parked with my new car in my yard. Thanks to a Company and a Business that NOT only cares about MONEY but people. Want someone HEARTLESS to work on your vehicle or A COMPANY that CARES!! Thank you BRIDGES AUTOMOTIVE I wrote this cause I did not want you to think your KINDNESS went unnoticed. Choose a Company where YOU come 1st and YOUR MORE THEN JUST A WALKING ATM to them!!
