very please with Bridges. our rollback needed tires so we searched amazon and we were going to order and install tires ourselves. called Bridges to get quote to find there tires were a lot cheaper than even amazon. it was a no brainer to take it to them and have them order the tires and install them. they even pointed out a couple of issues with the truck that made it very dangerous to drive. thanks for the great job, price and speedy turn around.

I am really grateful to the staff/employees at Bridges. I'm very new to the area, and when my car started to overheat (after having just had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube - not going to be going back to that location again after some other issues they created with my vehicle...), I knew I needed help from a more reliable, and most likely local/smaller, mechanic. I just didn't know where to go. Bridges is only 5-10 minutes from my house, so my husband and I scheduled the appointment, and within 2 hours, a staff member told us exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and how much it would cost. Three hours later, my car was ready, and it was $15 cheaper than the estimate (which matters when it comes to car repairs!). I didn't pick it up until this morning (the day after it was ready), but that was because I was running late yesterday - Bridges was perfectly on time, so the delay in pick-up is my doing, not theirs. My car is safe to drive again, and from the very friendly staff to the mechanics, I'm grateful. My next oil change or check-up will definitely be with Bridges. I'm thrilled my car is back to normal and I no longer have to worry about driving it! Thank you for your kindness, courtesy, professionalism, and wealth of knowledge. Went for the standard oil/filter change and tire rotation, first time using their business. Super friendly, lovely front office staff, quick and efficient. Not sure if they have 'loaner cars' (didn't need one) - waited around for service and was done in 45 minutes. During that time, walked around lovely Tilghman Island.

Another great experience with Bridges. No complaints at all. My vehicles don't go anywhere else. Great people. Great service. Great prices.
