Went for the standard oil/filter change and tire rotation, first time using their business. Super friendly, lovely front office staff, quick and efficient. Not sure if they have 'loaner cars' (didn't need one) - waited around for service and was done in 45 minutes. During that time, walked around lovely Tilghman Island.
